Recruitment Process – What to Expect
- Stage 1: Online Screening or Assessment (if applicable) You may be required to complete an online assessment or questionnaire related to the role. (We will share this with you if applicable to your application.) Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks please consider your application unsuccessful.
- Stage 2: First Interview – [Virtual/In-Person] A one-on-one or panel interview with [Hiring Manager/HR Team]. We will contact you to schedule a suitable date and time.
- Stage 3: Technical/Psychological Assessment (if applicable) You may be asked to complete a case study, technical task, or presentation, depending on the role.
- Stage 4: Final Interview A final conversation with senior leadership or team members.
- Reference & Background Checks If successful, we will request professional references and conduct standard background verifications.
- Offer Stage If all stages are successfully completed, we will issue a formal offer of employment.
